Your working life is hopefully long and fruitful not only in terms of personal progress but in terms of relationships and the positive and meaningful impact of others on you. My whole career has been in healthcare and I have worked with and met the most amazing people, some of which stand out and I consider as true friends. Emma is one of those people.

For me, three of the most important aspects of living and working alongside someone is trust, integrity and compassion. Emma has these in spades. She doesn’t have varying degrees of these values, she is totally committed to all of them 100% of the time which makes working with her an absolute delight. She is receptive, curious, respectfully challenging, reflective and remains incredibly calm no matter what is thrown at her. She gets the job done.

The NHS has undergone many difficult challenges in my time of work. Emma has always been adaptable to those changes and has supported others, including myself when they have found the constant turmoil too much. Her mentoring and coaching skills and more importantly her kindness, has guided many people through some difficult moments in their lives.

Outside of work and on a personal level there is little difference. Emma upholds the same truth and values in her personal life as her working life. She is supportive, kind, helpful and generous. My time working with Emma was a highlight and a joy and as a friend she remains the same. She is one of the strongest women I know and I feel privileged to have worked with her and have her as a friend.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Emma for many years, we worked closely together in the NHS and are now part of the same team in Talent for Care. What is common about these work places and what these tell you about Emma is their focus on supporting and enabling people to be their best; every day and in all contexts.

I love working with Emma for her innate kindness, commitment to finishing a job, her incredibly supportive nature and because she is such a capable and thorough person. Whatever she is involved in I always know she will engage with it in an enthusiastic, thoughtful way and caring way. As a facilitator, coach, problem solver & consultant her core approach is relational, backed up with the requisite knowledge and experience.

If you are lucky enough to work with her I am confident you will be delighted with your choice.

"I've known Emma in a professional capacity for almost 20 years.

"She managed some very big projects in this time - not all of which were easy.

"Emma was always someone who got the job done by understanding how people work, and bringing them with her.

"It's a quality she has in spades, and it's why she is so good.

"Emma is incredibly kind with a keen intellect - honed over many years in the NHS - and she uses this for the best of reasons, to help people with their problems."

"She takes time to understand, listening to get beneath the surface of an issue before using her considerable knowledge and skills to put in place practical, workable plans.

"Emma would be an asset in anyone's life."
