My Services

Each of my services start with a Conversation! I provide coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, workshops and consultancy which are grounded in a broad range of skills, tools, techniques and art of conversational practice. I provide this range of services to:

  • Individuals

  • Pairs

  • Small Groups

  • Teams

  • Organisations

One size does not fit all and I provide coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, workshops and consultancy: on-line, in-person, and as a combined offer, tailored specifically to your needs.

Working with others

I value collaboration and partnership working rooted in trust, respect, exceeding expectations and making a positive difference. I work as an associate with other organisations and can connect you with an excellent network for services that I don't personally provide or where your needs would be better met by another professional.

Charging and Contracting Framework

Given the diverse nature of individuals and what Success looks like for each of us, I work closely with you to put together an affordable and accessible package that enables us to work together. Initial conversations cost nothing, and cost should not be a barrier to accessing my services where trust and respect is honoured by all involved. I offer access to affordable coaching conversations, inviting expressions of interest from individuals twice a year to receive a free package. Consultancy and facilitation is priced individually, and competitively considered in line with market rates. Contracting will be individual and based on what we have jointly agreed, further to our initial conversation and with agreed periods of review established prior to services beginning.

What does success look like for you?

Establishing what Success is for you will involve: Having a safe and confidential space to be listened to, heard, and to explore, together with a skilled professional, what you want to be, do, change, transform, accomplish, let go of, move towards… the possibilities are endless(!) and may include:

  • Personal Development ambition: building confidence or self-esteem; identifying values, strengths, qualities, experiences, and areas of challenge; life and / or environment mapping – past, present, and future; identifying, re-connecting with or enhancing areas of interest; navigating a difference of opinion or perspective.

  • Professional development challenge: Navigating a career pathway within a defined profession or making sense of the path you are on; prioritising your own wants, needs and actions while managing others’ expectations and opinions.

  • A logistical challenge of needing to be in more than one place at once and finding a solution to managing conflicts between e.g. work and school pick-ups where resources and/or facilities are limited.

  • Any relationship that is challenging, deteriorating, or presenting issues in your life.

  • A career, job, or qualification you're interested in and need support with (application, interview) or have for yourself questions about.

  • A personal, career or workplace conundrum, anxiety, or aspiration that you want to get clear about and move forward from, or with.

  • Moving beyond overthinking or procrastination e.g. generating too many ideas and not being able to focus on getting anything done.

  • The need to get connected with purpose, defining what success means for you.

  • Being at a crossroads or feeling stuck in one or several areas of life.

  • Not speaking up or feeling unable to voice something you feel passionate about, or exploring a situation where you are communicating yet feeling unheard.

  • Identifying and exploring areas that improve or detract from your wellbeing; compassion for self (as well as others), building practices, seeking support.

  • Feeling excluded, overwhelmed, or conflicted. Exploring the difference between belonging and fitting in, your priorities, and your contribution to where you are now, and where you choose to be.

  • Recognising and identifying dominant stories, themes, and patterns in your life - the impact of these, any self-imposed barriers to be removed, re-authoring your story through meaningful exploration, and moving forward.

  • Exploration of life lessons to date and what you want from your future.

  • Establishing your ‘non-negotiables’ and setting boundaries.

  • Recognising the need to leave or let go of someone or something but struggling with how to move forward or being in a cycle of overthinking without action.

  • Balancing individual well-being needs with own needs, or in the context of a wider group, team, or organisation.

  • Getting connected as a team and identifying priorities within a given timeframe.

  • Getting to the root of individual, group, team, and or organisation culture(s).

  • Defining objectives, aims, goals, priorities, actions and next steps.

  • Action planning with a focus on relationships and collaboration for delivery.

  • Leading and / or managing individuals and / or teams, within a variety of contexts.
